Terms of Service

Dray is operated by Saranyx LLC. By connecting a mailbox to Dray you accept these terms. If you are using Dray on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

Dray is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or by Anthropic.

Dray connects your Gmail accounts to an application that speaks the Model Context Protocol, and drafts email in your writing style. Dray never sends mail on its own initiative. Sending requires an explicit instruction from you in that conversation, and Dray moves mail to Trash rather than deleting it permanently.

You are responsible for what you send. Dray produces drafts, and a draft is a suggestion. Read it before it goes.

• ›Do not use Dray to send unsolicited bulk email, or anything unlawful, deceptive or harassing.
• ›Do not connect a mailbox you are not authorised to access.
• ›Do not attempt to circumvent the draft-first behaviour or the rate limits.
• ›Do not resell Dray or expose it as a service to third parties without written agreement.

Dray is in beta. It is limited to 100 users while Google verification is in progress, features may change, and you will see Google’s “unverified app” warning when you connect. Founding members keep the price they signed up at for as long as their subscription runs without interruption.

Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial periods, but if something has gone wrong, write to us and we will sort it out.

Dray is provided as is. Saranyx does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and depends on Google and Anthropic remaining available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saranyx’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from the use of Dray.

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your mailboxes and deleting your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or if we discontinue Dray, in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund any period paid for in advance.
